Stories 30 and 31 (Because I didn't write last week :( )

Story 30:
"Welcome to 16th street," said the old man.
"Thanks. My wife and I thought it would make a good first home."
"Yes. It'll also make a good LAST home..."

Story 31:
His guardian angel watched, terrified, as he did it.
