Story 88:
She hastily dug her fingers through the grass. No rain, please. Not now. She ignored the first drops that hit her. The next were her own tears. The ring was lost.
Then her fingers closed around something metal. She pulled it out. She had found it. Now, it could rain.
Story 89: Twelve-year illness. Faith healed her.
Story 90: Two plus two equaled five that day, and as inexplicable as that was, nobody could deny it.

Stories 85, 86, and 87:
Story 85: Yet another misunderstanding. Soul mates, but forever separated by their own minds.
Story 86:
It was Monday. Jen's alarm clock beeped obnoxiously, waking her up. She checked the time: 6:30. Time to get up. Time to return to that dreaded cycle everyone calls life. But, she decided, not today. Jen turned off the alarm and lay back down. The cycle wasn't life. This was.
Story 87:
Smoke. Dust. Sand and cacti in every direction, as far as the eye could see. Someone stuffed his pistol back in his belt. Someone else lay helplessly on the ground, twenty paces away, unmoving.
Story 86:

Stories 82, 83, and 84:
Story 82: The two became one. Or the one became two. The three of them were so strange that it was hard for us to tell.
Story 83: When challenged, the lion renounced his post as king of the forest. Now he was emperor!
Story 84: The Harrison's hired a magic gardener. Regardless their plight, he always found an incredible way out.

Setting: A laboratory. Later: Troy, ancient Greece.
Conflict: Trapped in a time machine shaped like a giant horse.
Resolution: Legend remade.
Story 81 (The Caldwell Saga):
1. Pierce had become another man: Caldwell.
2. Caldwell fell in love…. Pierce didn’t.
3. Caldwell got engaged. She found out.
4. Heartbroken, Caldwell decided to kill himself.
5. The noose killed Caldwell. Pierce survived.
6. She returned, forgave Caldwell. Too late.
7. Pierce fell in love with her.
8. They lived happily ever after.
Story 80:
